This casual, colourful Californian Restaurant is bright and spacious and is designed as a lively friendly eatery featuring the best of Western cuisine and Asian delicacies. Chefs have successfully combined many elements of Oriental and Occidental cooking. The Emperor Byron Hotel has decided to finally allow guests to participate in the process of creating an all new approach to buffets. Patrons will be able to combine their own choice of ingredients and watch as experienced chefs prepare fun and creative dishes for them. Naturally the restaurant will also feature a comprehensive a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Capacity 108 seats.

Golden Valley
Serving authentic Cantonese cuisine, in traditional Chinese settings, award winning chefs create famous imperial Dim Sum and speciality dishes for lunch and dinner. Capacity 150 seats including four private rooms.

The Echoes
Hong Kong's most prestigious Bar & Karaoke Entertainment Centre, hosts 8 private rooms of various sizes and a cosy bar of contemporary design. All rooms are luxuriously appointed and mirror lounges of extravagant private homes. The most up-to-date audio-visual entertainment equipment ensures fun filled and exciting evenings.
